In the last 2 years the area around Alibag property (Alibaug real estate) has attracted many investors.
The main reasons for this are the 2 Special Economic Zones that will be developed including a Port (at Revas) and a new Road connection.
This connection will reduce the distance between Alibag and Mumbai to about 50 kms.
